About me

Hi, I'm Nicky Mathias, I live in Epsom, am happily married, have 2 children & a crazy cat called Tango!!

I have known how much fun Moves Fitness can bring since I was 16. My PE teacher at school was one of Cindy's first teachers and we were lucky enough to have a class for PE every week. When I left school, I continued and was very lucky to have been a student at Cindy's classes for most of the late 80's/early 90's. Never, did I expect to be teaching classes when I reached my 40's - but I am SO glad I am !!

There are currently 3 generations in my family who enjoy Moves Fitness classes - my Mum, me & my daughter - the age range is 12 - 68. I can honestly say that Moves Fitness is most definitely for all ages & all abilities. It is an aerobic dance class with a difference - it brings people together and makes them smile.

Come and try it - the fun, the choreography, the smiles & the healthier lifestyle are 100% worthwhile. Hopefully, I can pass my Moves Fitness bug on to you too..........
