I discovered Moves Fitness in September 1998 and qualified as a Moves Instructor in March 2003.
It is an amazing aerobic dance based programme, designed to get EVERY BODY moving and helps to
raise both heart rates and spirits!
The class lasts approximately one hour and is structured by starting with a warm up to get
the circulation going, mobilise joints and stretch muscles then follows 20 minutes of aerobics
followed by a cool down and then moving on to exercises focusing on specific areas of the body
including arms, abs, and legs.
The last routine is designed to incorporate gentle stretching and relaxation.
I run 2 Moves Fitness classes a week,
in the Hillingdon & Uxbridge areas:
Wednesday 7.45pm at Hillingdon Community Association,
the Walter Pomeroy Hall, Royal Lane, Yiewsley UB8 3PQ
(nr Hillingdon Hospital and next door to the Irish Club).
Hall holds approximately 20 students with plenty of car parking
Thursday 7.45pm at The Uxbridge Centre,
The Greenway, Uxbridge UB8 2PJ.
Hall holds approximately 30 students with car parking available
Exercise is good for you but finding a class that fits in with your fitness desires can be difficult.

good all round work out, from beginner to advanced standard.
