Claire Treliving
About me
Claire has always lived in Surrey and studied Child care at Guildford College, after which she worked as a nanny, Nursery manager and teacher of childcare fulltime at a sixth form College.
She lives with her husband and daughter Freya who was born in the summer of 2009 and has recently started a daytime class in Esher
I first attended a class at about 10 years of age with my Mum cycling to and from it in Hersham. I loved it and can remember always asking for Shakin Stevens Green Door! I then, like most. found Moves Fitness again in my 20's at Woking Leisure centre being tought by Cindy. Not really knowing who she was I said ' I've always fancied teaching aerobics' and befor I knew it I was on a training work shop. It took me about 4 years to qualify as I was still competing internationally as a Marathon canoeist. Once I started teaching I fell in love and after returning to the stage following the birth of Freya I was overwhelemd by the support not only from fellow teachers but My students too. I love being in class providing fun, laughter and exercise.If I could only ever do one 'job' Teaching Moves would be it.
