This fifty-minute exercise to music class is designed to makes you smile, improve strength, balance, range of motion and functional activities. This class combines fun and fitness using optional equipment such as chairs, weights, bands and balls. It has the same non-competitive, happy atmosphere you will find in every Moves Fitness class, just with a lighter approach. You’ll get out of the house, make friends, laugh and improve your health.

Movement and exercise helps everyone but sometimes it is hard to know what to do if you don’t fit into the stereotype body image. Many of us never had the time or the know-how to make fitness a priority but as we age our priorities may have to shift.
