Having a problem downloading these files? Be sure your browser's security settings will allow the download. To check this using Internet Explorer, left-click on Tools and choose Internet Options. Choose the Security tab and click on Custom Level. Scroll down to Downloads. Under File Download, be sure that the Enable button is chosen. If you have blocked your email system from accepting downloads, that might be what is preventing you from downloading this artwork. If you have successfully downloaded the file, but it doesn't seem to be on your computer, the file probably was saved to your computer's Temp folder (for Windows users; not sure what the Mac default folder would be). You'll find the Temp folder inside the Windows folder on your hard drive. Or, you can use Window's Find feature to locate the file. Click on the Start button, choose Find, then Files or Folders, then type the file's name (logo.tif, for example) in the search box. |
